How do I return an item?
U.S. Retail Returns
If you’re not satisfied with any item‚ simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Purchases made at one of our Boodee, Inc shop may only be returned to Boodee, Inc. using the return information included with your purchase.
Make sure to include the original receipt for the items you wish to return.
Fill out and include the Return Form.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days, along with those lacking proof of purchase from Boodee Inc, will be issued via Boodee, Inc. Merchandise Credit.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price when accompanied by proof of purchase Boodee Inc. If neither the customer, nor Boodee, Inc. can locate this documentation, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Boodee, Inc.
Exchanges will be issued for same-style merchandise, if available, when accompanied by proof of purchase from Boodee, Inc. If neither the customer, nor Boodee, Inc. can locate this documentation and/ or same-style merchandise is not available, refunds will be issued at a value determined by Boodee, Inc.
If an item you purchased from Boodee.net goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, Boodee, Inc. will refund the difference upon request.
